1. Who we are
ENSOBIT d.o.o., Ulica Savezne Republike Njemačke 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB 62091873389, MBS 081668648) is the controller of personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@ensobit.com.
2. What data we process
When you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you choose to send us: your name, e-mail address, organization, and the content of your message. When you register for a trial or create a user account on this site, we process your first and last name, work e-mail address, phone number, company name, preferred language, and account sign-in data (for password accounts also two-factor authentication settings; for sign-in via an identity provider — Google or Microsoft — the e-mail and name the provider shares). For approved trials we also log downloads (who downloaded which file, and when). In addition, our hosting provider automatically records technical server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access, requested pages) needed to operate and secure the site.
3. Why and on what legal basis
We use contact and trial-registration data to respond to your inquiry, to provide the trial you requested and follow up on it, and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only cookies that are needed for it to work. One functional cookie remembers your language preference. If you sign in to the trial portal, authentication cookies keep your session — among them a short-lived cookie that completes the sign-in and password-reset flow; they are removed when you sign out or when they expire. Forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile (see section 5). For visit statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service: it sets no cookies and collects aggregated data about visits (pages viewed, referrer, browser and device category, country) without persistent identifiers that could track you across websites. We process these statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; without the session cookies, signing in and trial downloads will not work.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; e-mail is handled by our e-mail service provider. User accounts and trial requests are stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL database and authentication, hosted in the EU — Frankfurt region). Trial downloads are delivered via Cloudflare R2 object storage using personal, time-limited links. Transactional e-mails (such as the trial-approval notification) and internal notifications about trial requests are sent on our behalf by Resend, Inc. from the ens0key.com domain. Forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser and connection (such as IP address and browser characteristics) solely to distinguish people from bots; details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum linked below. These providers act as processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are safeguarded by mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required by statutory retention obligations. Technical server logs are kept for a short period consistent with their security purpose.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@ensobit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last revision is stated at the top of this page.
